In this sample, spiritual leaders were not experiencing significant levels of compassion fatigue, and they were satisfied with their work. There was a significant negative correlation between satisfaction and exhaustion, <i>r</i> = -.62, <i>n</i> = 35, <i>p</i> < .01.
