简介:皮肤肿瘤常见于头颈部，尤其是耳廓，而毛瘤在耳小叶极为罕见。病例报告:一名无既往病史的7岁女孩，在1.5个月的时间里出现右耳小叶病变，有增大的趋势。它是一个2*2*2cm的圆形病变，有软组织，轻微疼痛，颜色淡红色，吸出血性或浆液。病变被去核。诊断为毛瘤。结论:耳垂原质瘤虽罕见，但应作为耳小叶肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
