Its intervention may be complex due to its high vascularity, location, and extension. Preoperative embolization is used to prevent intrasurgical and postsurgical bleeding. Two main kinds of embolization are described in literature: intratumoral and transarterial, and numerous embolic materials are used. <i>Case Presentation</i>.
