Median follow-up was 78 weeks (IQR 62–97). One virological failure (VF) occurred at W38 (HIV-RNA = 61 and 76 copies/mL), in a patient with no viral resistance at baseline or at time of VF, and during the study period five individuals discontinued DOR/3TC/TDF due to adverse events.
