Journal of Molecular Science is supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology, co-sponsored by the Chinese Chemical Society and Northeast Normal University, and edited and published by the School of Chemistry of Northeast Normal University. It is currently a bimonthly journal. The journal mainly publishes academic papers and research results in the field of molecular science. The readers are mainly graduate students, teachers and scientific researchers in chemistry and related majors, as well as R&D personnel of enterprises. It enjoys a certain reputation in the academic circles at home and abroad. This journal is a Chinese core journal, a Chinese science and technology core journal, a source journal of the China Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database, an "Excellent Journal for the Implementation of CAJ-CD Standards", and one of the "Top Ten Journals in Natural Sciences" in the eighth provincial journal grade review in Jilin Province. It is also included in important databases such as the China Core Journal (Selection) Database, the China Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database, the Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database, the China Academic Journal Full-text Database, the China Academic Journal Abstracts, the China Biological Abstracts, the China Chemical and Chemical Industry Abstracts, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the American Chemical Abstracts (CA), and the Russian Abstracts Magazine (AJ).
