Journal of Shanxi Institute of Political Science and Law (quarterly) was founded in 1988. Its domestic serial number is CN14-1246/D and its international serial number is ISSN 1672-1500. It is an academic journal issued domestically and internationally under the supervision of Shanxi Provincial Department of Justice and sponsored by Shanxi Institute of Political Science and Law. This journal is the only professional journal of law in Shanxi Province. This journal always adheres to the correct political direction, publishing direction, public opinion orientation and value orientation, promotes the main theme, spreads positive energy, adheres to the publication positioning of giving equal importance to theoretical research and practical innovation, and adheres to the publication purpose of "promoting legal research, serving the cause of rule of law, adhering to openness and tolerance, and cultivating an academic atmosphere". The journal focuses on academic orientation, scientificity, academicity, advancement, and innovation, and adheres to the unity of theory and practice, timeliness and scientificity, and academicity and readability.
