Journal of Ecology and Rural Environment is a national academic journal supervised by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and sponsored by the Nanjing Institute of Environmental Science of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. Founded in 1985, it is openly circulated in the form of a monthly journal. The journal is dedicated to reporting the innovative achievements in the field of ecology and rural environmental protection in a timely manner, and has become an important platform for academic exchanges in this field. As a journal included in the Chinese Core Journals List, as well as the core journals of China Science Citation Database (CSCD) and Research Report on the Evaluation of China's Academic Journals (RCCSE), it has been widely included in a number of important databases both at home and abroad, such as CNKI-CAJD, COJ, CSTPCD, Wanfang, and Wipro, etc., as well as the internationally renowned BP, BIOSIS, CA, CAB ABSTRACTS, CABI, EBSCO, GEOBASE, SCOPUS and so on.
