Internal Combustion Engine Engineering (ISSN 1000-0925, CN 31-1255/TK) was founded in 1979 and is sponsored by the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society. The competent authority is the China Association for Science and Technology. Internal Combustion Engine Engineering is a national core journal, adopts double-blind peer review, is publicly distributed at home and abroad, and is now a bimonthly journal. Internal Combustion Engine Engineering is not only a mentor and helpful friend for technical personnel, cadres, employees, teachers and students in scientific research, education, enterprises, and management departments of the internal combustion engine industry, but also a useful reading material for technical personnel in industry, agriculture, the military, water conservancy, machinery and other departments. The academic papers published in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering have been designated as source journals for scientific and technological retrieval materials by international authoritative journals such as the American Chemical Abstracts (CA). It is a Chinese core journal (included in the Overview of Chinese Core Journals), a RCCSE core journal (included in the Research Report on the Evaluation of Chinese Academic Journals), and is fully included in the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD-2008).

《内燃机工程》(ISSN 1000-0925, CN 31-1255/TK)创刊于1979年，由中国内燃机学会主办，主管单位为中国科学技术协会。《内燃机工程》是国家级核心期刊，采用双盲同行评议，国内外公开发行，目前为双月期刊。《内燃机工程》不仅是内燃机行业科研、教育、企业、管理部门的技术人员、干部、职工、师生学习提高的良师益友，而且也是工业、农业、军队、水利、机械等部门技术人员的有益读物。《内燃机工程》刊登的学术论文已被美国化学文摘（CA）等国际权威期刊定为科技检索资料来源期刊，是中文核心期刊（中文核心期刊要目总览收录）和RCCSE核心期刊（中国学术期刊评价研究报告收录），也被中国科学引文数据库(CSCD—2008)全文收录。
