Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology is a scholarly cardiovascular journal under the supervision of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and sponsored by Peking University. The journal was founded in 1993 and is openly published using a monthly format. The readers of the journal are cardiovascular disease medical, scientific research, prevention, teaching workers, especially the clinical and scientific research staff of interventional cardiology. The main columns include clinical research, reviews, expert consensus, case reports, commentaries, experience exchange, basic research, guideline interpretation, and experts' talks. It has a high academic level and practical value, and a high citation rate. Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology is a core journal of Chinese science and technology (China Science and Technology Paper Statistical Source Journal), a statistical source journal of China Academic Journal Impact Factor Annual Report, a source journal of China Science Citation Database (CSCD), a journal of Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database, and a digital source journal of Wanfang Data.
