"Science of Science and Management of S.&.T." is an academic journal that was founded in May 1980. It is managed by the Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission and hosted by the Tianjin Institute of Policy and Management for Science and Technology. It also serves as the official publication of the Chinese Research Society of Science of Science and Science & Technology Policy. The journal is dedicated to promoting the theory of science of science, sharing experiences in scientific management, discussing issues in the development of science and technology, researching the reform of the science and technology system and related policies, evaluating international methods of science and technology management, and discussing the development of private science and technology. Its aim is to enhance the level of science and technology management in China.
