Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology (Social Sciences Edition) (bimonthly) is a comprehensive academic journal of humanities and social sciences supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and sponsored by Harbin Institute of Technology. Since its inception in 1999, it has been committed to providing high-quality academic services and promoting the development of humanities and social sciences in China. Using high-grade and high-quality academic journals as its goal, the journal adheres to the philosophy of ‘cutting-edge, profound, rigorous, and innovative’, and focuses on publishing articles featuring broad academic vision, in-depth national reality, multidisciplinary intersections, innovations in humanities, explorations of modernisation, discussions of theoretical hotspots, and innovations in disciplinary systems, etc. The Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology (Harbin Institute of Technology) is a comprehensive academic journal sponsored by Harbin Institute of Technology. Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology (Social Sciences Edition) enjoys a good reputation in domestic and international academic circles, and is included in Cambridge Scientific Abstracts Database, China Core Journals (Selection) Database, China Core Journals Comprehensive Evaluation Database, and China Periodicals Full Text Database. There are more than 3,000 institutional users, distributed in 25 countries and regions around the world, including many well-known universities and libraries. It has also won the honours of National Journal Award - 100 Key Journals, National Chinese Core Journals, Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) Source Journals (Extended Version), Chinese Core Journals of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Top 100 Social Science Journals, RCCSE Chinese Core Academic Journals (Extended Version), Core Journals of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Newspapers, and Source Journals of the Cambridge Science Abstracts (CSA) of the United States, and so on. It has been appraised as excellent journals at national, provincial and ministerial levels for many times, and ranked top in the evaluation of social science journals of ministries and commissions, making remarkable contributions to the prosperity of humanities and social science research in China.
