Journal of Command and Control is an academic journal jointly sponsored by the Chinese Command and Control Society and the North China Institute of Automatic Control Technology of China North Industries Group Corporation. It was approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television on December 18, 2014, and the first issue was issued on March 25, 2015. The establishment of this journal marks an important milestone in the development of China's command and control discipline and provides a professional academic platform for the academic community. The purpose of this journal is to publish new methods, new technologies and new achievements in the field of command and control, promote scientific and technological innovation and exchanges, and serve national defense security, economic construction and social management. It is positioned as an academic journal that represents the highest academic level in the field of command and control in China and has international influence. The column settings are diverse, including reviews and comments, long papers, papers and reports, short articles, etc., to promote academic discussions and exchanges.

《指挥与控制学报》是中国指挥与控制学会与中国兵器工业集团北方自动控制技术研究所共同主办的学术期刊，于2014年12月18日获国家新闻出版广电总局批准，并于2015年3月25日发行创刊号。该期刊的创立标志着中国指挥与控制学科发展的重要里程碑，为学界提供了一个专业的学术平台。 本刊的宗旨是发表指挥与控制领域的新方法、新技术和新成果，推动科技创新与交流，服务于国防安全、经济建设和社会管理。定位为代表中国指挥与控制学科领域最高学术水平，并具有国际影响力的学术期刊。 栏目设置多样化，包括综述与评论、长论文、论文与报告、短文等，以促进学术讨论和交流。内容涵盖广泛，包括C4ISR理论与技术、大数据技术、无人系统与技术、指挥控制平行系统、信息物理系统（CPS）、信息融合、系统建模、仿真测试、人工智能、深度学习、复杂系统、虚拟现实、赛博空间、应急救援、空天安全与决策控制、导航与定位技术、智慧城市与公共安全、交通指挥控制系统等多个领域。
