These circulating biomolecules could serve as unique biomarkers for the detection of subclinical changes and can be utilized for monitoring disease severity. Hence, it is imperative to identify these biomarkers to devise an early predictive strategy to stop the deterioration of cardiac function caused by these complex cellular events. Furthermore, measurement of multiple biomarkers allows clinicians to divide HF patients into sub-groups for treatment and management based on early health outcomes. The present article provides a comprehensive overview of current omics platform available for discovering biomarkers for HF management.
