The purpose of this commentary is to share the academicpractice partners’ journey and lessons learned throughout the campaign design, implementation, and evaluation. Abstract

THE SEVERE acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic lockdown limited in-person access to primary care for many underserved community members in a South Texas metropolitan area.
