Employing QI methodology, the working group devised a standardized \"BP Bundle\" and implemented it throughout the SCOPE Collaborative. This work led to successful practice improvement by establishing a consistent approach to BP measurement in pediatric HD patients cared for in SCOPE centers. Abstract
