Abstract
Nutrition is an integral part of diabetes management. Caregiver nutritional knowledge has been implicated in glycemic management of youth with type 1 diabetes. This study assessed the nutritional knowledge of parents/caregivers of children newly diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.
