Abstract
Kymographic measurements of acetylcholine (ACh) in bovine retinal tissue carried out on guinea-pig ileum do not indicate a significant elevated concentration of ACh in the eye instilled with physostingmine salicylate (1% aqueous solution, 10 applications of three drops at intervals of 3 minutes).
