It is well known that the concept of strategy and management have different theoretical currents and do not have single direction. In this sense, considering the knowledge management and the strategy implementation a theoretical essay was proposed, presenting a reflexive analysis about the middle-up-Fernando down strategy formation process, the perspectives of emergent and deliberate strategies and the tacit knowledge in the context of strategic management. As main reflections, the essay emphasizes the constant influence of the actions of the intermediary levels of the organizations and the exchange of organizational knowledge by the collaborators of all the organizational levels in the strategy formation process. It is highlighted as contribution of this study the indicative so that the researches carried out within this perspective deepen the theories of the social sciences contributing to the theoretical construction of the field. 战略管理中下背景下的隐性知识管理
为了了解隐性知识与战略形成整合过程之间的关系,本文针对企业内部和外部环境条件,以战略自上而下管理的运用为中心,提出了组织变革带来的一些思考。众所周知,战略与管理的概念有着不同的理论脉络,并不是单一的方向。在此基础上,本文从知识管理与战略实施的角度出发,提出了一篇理论论文,反思性地分析了中上向下战略的形成过程,以及战略管理背景下的突发战略、刻意战略和隐性知识的视角。作为主要反思,本文强调在战略形成过程中,组织中介层行为的持续影响和各组织层合作者的组织知识交流。强调本研究的贡献是指示性的,因此在这一视角下进行的研究深化了社会科学的理论,有助于该领域的理论建设。因此,隐性知识管理(组织经验)与战略形成过程之间的关系有助于加深对组织关系和日常发生的事情的研究,作为战略研究的重要价值。
