This study was conducted to find information from Customer Relationship Management to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and how it impacts repurchase intention in a clothing store. This research was conducted by spreading questionnaires to 200 respondents using nonprobability sampling, convenience sampling. This research uses Exploratory Factor Analysis to test its validity and cronbach alpha to test the reliability. This research also uses a Structural Equation Model to test the hypothesis by using AMOS. Abstract

In this era of globalization the fashion industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly because public awareness for personal appearance is increasing. From many fashion brands, companies must have a strategy to stay afloat in business. 在这个全球化的时代,印尼的时尚产业正在迅速发展,因为公众对个人形象的意识正在提高。对于许多时尚品牌来说,公司必须有一个维持经营的策略。来自各个时尚行业的公司必须通过CRM或客户关系管理与客户保持联系,以提高客户满意度,从而使忠诚的客户影响再购买意愿。本研究旨在找出某服装店顾客关系管理对顾客满意度和顾客忠诚度的影响,以及顾客关系管理对顾客再购买意愿的影响。本研究采用非概率抽样、方便抽样的方法,对200名受访者进行问卷调查。本研究以探索性因子分析检验其效度,以cronbach alpha检验信度。本研究还采用结构方程模型,利用AMOS对假设进行检验。从5个假设来看,在本研究中,有4个假设具有积极且显著的影响。关键词:顾客关系管理,顾客满意,顾客忠诚,再购买意愿。
