To analyze the question of the competence of military teachers, researchers used a competence theory as an analytical tool. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with the source of data derived from the literature and field studies (observation and interviews). Results of research on military teacher competence from the aspect of capabilities, knowledge and skills of military teachers still indicate a weakness where there are still some military teachers who do not have the qualifications and specialization as a military teacher. The bottleneck in improving military teacher competence, besides due to lack of educational facilities, also caused by low skills and motivation of some military teachers. 尽管军事教师的存在和作用是重要的,但军事教师的能力在Rindam VII / Wrb中仍然遥不可及,然而军事教师能力的适宜性会导致学习成果士兵质量的下降。为了分析军事教师的胜任力问题,研究者运用胜任力理论作为分析工具。本研究使用的方法是定性方法,数据来源来自文献和实地研究(观察和访谈)。从军事教师的能力、知识和技能三个方面对军事教师胜任力的研究结果表明,目前仍有部分军事教师不具备军事教师的资格和专业化。军事教师能力提升的瓶颈,除了教育设施不足外,还有部分军事教师自身技能水平低、积极性低等原因。从所进行的研究可以得出结论,Rindam VII / Wrb的胜任力Gumil仍然较低,这影响了Rindam VII / Wrb培养的学生。
