Abstract

The statistic electromagnetic field coupling to a transmission line network of shielded (coaxial) cables above a conducting ground plane has been experimentally investigated in a reverberation chamber over a wide frequency range. The network consisted of three cables with different lengths. The scattering parameters between an antenna and the terminals of the transmission line network have been measured using a vector network analyzer and converted into the average squared magnitude of the coupled terminal voltages.
