Abstract

The gradual penetration of new energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind energy into the power grid and the gradual penetration of adjustable loads such as electric vehicle charging stations has put forward a demand for flexibility in regulation and control of the distribution network. Through the analysis of the relevant indicators that affect the flexibility of the distribution network, the flexibility evaluation system of the distribution network is established, and the flexibility evaluation method of the distribution network is formed. Through the analysis of the flexibility of the distribution network in different scenarios, it can penetrate into the distribution network. Under the trend of rising rate, it provides relevant reference for the planning and construction of the distribution network.
