Our study recommends the managers of e-commerce enterprises to strengthen the organic integration of business strategy and corporate social responsibility (CSR), and to develop an effective framework for the system construction of CSR. Abstract

This work empirically analyzes the moderating effect of collectivism on the relationship between social responsibility and organizational identification of e-commerce enterprise. 基于集体主义调节效应的电子商务企业社会责任与组织认同的关系
本文实证分析了集体主义对电子商务企业社会责任与组织认同关系的调节作用。研究表明:(1)不同企业规模、员工性别和文化程度对组织认同存在显著差异;(2)对员工、消费者和政府的义务履行对组织认同有显著的正向影响,而对社会和非社会利益相关者的义务履行不能有效预测组织认同的影响;(3)组织认同对组织公民行为的两个结构维度都有显著的正向影响。集体主义取向在员工导向和政府导向责任对组织认同的影响中起调节作用。本研究建议电子商务企业管理者加强企业战略与企业社会责任的有机结合,并为企业社会责任的制度建设制定有效的框架。必须认识到,履行企业社会责任是一项长期的系统工程,需要员工充分参与。管理者应削弱员工的集体主义倾向,积极激活员工与组织的互动,主动培养员工的集体主义意识和社区意识。
