Abstract

With the in-depth implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative in China, the CHINA RAILWAY Express has become the closest link between China and the countries along the belt road. As the main operation node of the CHINA RAILWAY Express, the sustainable development of a central container station is of great significance for promoting the high-quality transformation of the CHINA RAILWAY Express. In this paper, based on field research, modeling analysis of the operation process of the CHINA RAILWAY Express in a central container station were conducted by Petri net methods and the Flexsim simulation software was used to simulate the operation process. 基于Petri网的中铁班列中央集装箱站出口作业流程优化研究——基于可持续性视角
随着“一带一路”倡议在中国的深入实施,中铁班列已成为中国与“一带一路”沿线国家联系最紧密的纽带。中心集装箱站作为中铁快运的主要运营节点,其可持续发展对于推动中铁快运高质量转型具有重要意义。本文在实地调研的基础上,采用Petri网方法对中铁班列在某中心集装箱站的运行过程进行建模分析,并利用Flexsim仿真软件对运行过程进行仿真。针对该站相关参与方业务联系不畅、运营流程冗长混乱、信息化管理水平低等问题,本文提出了相应的优化措施,优化后的运营流程不仅有效减少了运营环节的积压,而且提高了整个运营流程的效率。
