The study adopted the mixed approach due to its compatibility with the nature of the study, the questionnaire tool used a simple random sample, where the sample size should not be less than 302 respondents with a confidence level of 90%, and the questionnaire was distributed electronically on the total study population. Interviews were conducted with a selected sample of smart systems business implementers to compare installation prices, and the invoices of a selected sample of those who used these systems before and after installation. The research results represented the negation of the first hypothesis of the research, and the proof of the second hypothesis that were statistically significant differences.
