The offer includes 76 exercises in the warm-up, 45 exercises for physical training, single rope (individuals) lists 54 exercises, the two in the loop (pairs) 59 exercises, long rope (groups) 41 exercises, games contain 100 exercises, relaxation exercises 57. A total of 522 exercises and tasks.
