Abstract

Vision is the primary sense for derivation of real world data, providing the bulk of our knowledge (>90%) of our environment. Incorporation of visual displays into simulation systems is consequently of extreme importance, particularly in those simulations involving man-in-the-loop interactive systems (flight training, driver training, etc.).
