Abstract

In view of the low precision of computer vision in stereoscopic parallax generation in virtual reality scenes, this paper proposes a virtual reality stereo parallax generation algorithm in viewpoint-related LOD quadtrees. During the use of the viewpoint-related LOD quadtree technology, unmarked virtual reality scenes can be effectively marked by these viewpoint-related LOD quadtree techniques. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm, a hybrid feature is used to characterize the virtual reality scene so that the stereoscopic parallax generation process can be completed quickly. Experimental results show that the proposed viewpoint-related LOD quadtree can effectively generate stereoscopic parallax in virtual scenes.
