Abstract

Hole-fllling is a common problem in 3D laser-scanner technology. To solve this problem, we propose an advanced MLS based triangulation algorithm to detect and flll holes, achieving better efiect on curve with uneven curvature. Experimental results demonstrate that our method performs quite well in matching to the original objects.
