Abstract

In this paper, Optimal Fuzzy Logic Control based on particle swarm optimization is proposed to reduce frequency deviations in PV-Diesel hybrid system. The proposed method supposes that the controlled output power of PV can conditioning the quality of power system in isolated grid. The Fuzzy Logic Controller has two inputs of change of isolation power and frequency deviation. The complete system model with Fuzzy Logic Controller has simulated used MATLAB/SIMULINK linked with M-file/ MATLAB which has an optimization algorithm to optimize the shape of triangle memberships.
