Abstract

In order to optimize the B2C fresh food delivery process of "home" mode of merchant self-operated delivery, this paper takes the highest customer satisfaction and minimum total cost as the goal, and considers the characteristics of instant logistics fresh food delivery and the real-time order in the condition of the delivery orders arrive in real time.
