Abstract

В статье описывается разработка технологии непрерывного контроля психофизиологического состояния летного экипажа гражданской авиации как инструмента, направленного на прогнозирование нерегламентированных действий пилотов, выявление их резервных психофизиологических возможностей в известной или прогнозируемой особой ситуации при выполнении полётного задания. Рассматривается значение внедрения психофизиологического и психолингвистического тестирования в организационную структуру кадрового обеспечения авиационного предприятия с целью оптимизации и автоматизации существующего комплекса по подготовке, обучению и переобучению пилотов гражданской авиации для обеспечения безопасности полетов.
