To find out the impact motivation and quality of work life on employee commitment multiple regression was used. Abstract

The success of any organisation depends on the human assets of an organisation, that means employees who work for the organisation. The purpose of this research is to study the significant impact of motivational applications and QWL programmes on the employee commitment in the context of service organisation i.e. private banks in Gwalior.
