The study applied statistical methods of mean value and correlation analysis. Research results show that the scientific performance capacity of lecturers is correlated with each other and with influencing factors at different levels, but mainly the correlation is medium and strongly correlated. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the factors affecting the scientific capacity of lecturers (scientific research capacity and scientific guidance capacity) of Hanoi University lecturers.
