Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the model is Y = 0.569 + 0.548x1 + 0.001x2 + 0.194x3. 本研究的目的是通过顾客满意度、服务质量和产品质量来分析目前Nyuzuu饮料产品对Sidoarjo市Nyuzuu消费者的重复订购决策。本研究采用定量方法。本次研究的人群为185名消费者(2个月内),样本为126名受访者。采用有目的抽样技术。所得数据采用SPSS 16.0软件处理,采用多元线性回归分析。通过发放问卷收集数据。本研究的结果是顾客满意、产品品质对重复订购决策有部分重要影响,但服务品质对重复订购决策影响不大。多元线性回归分析表明,模型为Y = 0.569 + 0.548x1 + 0.001x2 + 0.194x3。而F检验结果得到Fcount (34.058)> Ftable(3.15),说明顾客满意度(X1)和产品质量(X3)对Nyuzuu产品的重复订货决策(Y)有显著影响。
