This paper mainly discusses the application of AI in e-commerce platforms to form a diversified new e-commerce model to guide the transformation of traditional e-commerce. 追求经济、资源、社会的可持续发展,要坚持以技术引领为引领,借助工业互联网的机遇,推动数字化转型。电子商务作为数字化转型的重要领域,在服务优势、营销方式等各个行业都有着巨大的潜力。目前,大型电商平台(阿里巴巴、京东等)成绩不大,但电商AI整合改变电商模式的研究较少,特别是缺乏对数字营销和数字化转型的系统回顾。本文主要探讨人工智能在电子商务平台中的应用,形成多元化的电子商务新模式,指导传统电子商务的转型。在此基础上,从Web of Science (WoS)数据库中选取156篇文章,绘制共词聚类图,分析其年度趋势、主题、发表地点等。用科学的计量方法论证研究内容在相关领域的可行性和实用性,有助于企业管理者掌握智能技术如何实现数字电子商务,实现数字化转型和可持续发展,并采取相应的合理措施。
