The result of research and product development is an animation video consisting of 4 video materials used for one semester. The results of validation by material expert get an average percentage 80% and included in feasible category. The results of validation by media expert get an average percentage 92,5% and included in very feasible category. Abstract

This study aims to obtain a video-based learning media animation development on Urban Drainage course using Adobe After Effect in Education of Building Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The research implementation time is April to August 2020. 建筑工程教育中城市排水课程动画视频学习媒体的开发
本研究的目的是在雅加达国立大学工程学院的建筑工程教育中,利用Adobe After Effect进行城市排水课程的视频学习媒体动画开发。研究实施时间为2020年4月至8月。本研究使用的开发模型是Thiagarajan的4D模型,由定义阶段、设计阶段、开发阶段和传播阶段组成。本研究使用的工具为需求分析问卷、专家产品可行性测试问卷和产品用户问卷。研究和产品开发的结果是由一个学期使用的4个视频材料组成的动画视频。经材料专家验证的结果平均为80%,属于可行范畴。经媒体专家验证的结果平均为92.5%,属于非常可行的范畴。学生作为产品用户对产品的评价结果获得了88.9%的百分比,并被列入优秀类别。
