Special attention was paid to the correlation between amyloidosis of the islets of Langerhans, diabetes mellitus and aging. Abstract
The authors, after presenting a review of research work on amyloidosis of the islets of Langerhans,, provide the information obtained from their study of a random sample of 200 autopsies.
