First, the electrical and mechanical characteristics of two different specifications(30mm×15mm and 30mm×10mm) of grounding electrodes shall be inspected, including surface quality inspection, bending test, copper layer and steel core bonding test, resistivity and relative conductivity inspection, and all parameters shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards; Secondly, the corrosion resistance of the grounding electrode is tested, and the maximum annual average corrosion rate of this copper-clad steel grounding electrode is 0.0068mm/a through electrochemical accelerated corrosion method, which proves that this grounding electrode has excellent corrosion resistance; Finally, the power frequency grounding resistance characteristics of flat strip copper-clad steel grounding grid are simulated and calculated. By comparing the grounding resistance values of galvanized steel, steel, cylindrical copper-clad steel and other different materials under the same size of grounding grid, it is proved that this grounding grid has a certain resistance reduction effect.
