To create a web service to manage patient's personal data with the help of Radio Frequency Identification Tag (RFID), Web Service is dedicated to collecting, storing, manipulating, and making available clinical information. Abstract

Web service supports interoperability for collecting, storing, manipulating and retrieving data from heterogeneous environments.
