The result of identification with Spectrophotometer UV-visfor determination of α max from berenuk seeds extract consisted of 3 peaks with α max 326 nm, 258 nm, 222 nm be expected terpenoid compound, alkaloid, and phenolic. The results of toxicity test using shrimp larvae (Artemia salina leach) were divided into 4 groups: 1 control group and 3 groups of concentration series. The concentration of test solution used was 1,000, 100 and 10 μg / ml. The shrimp larvae mortality was observed after 24 hours of treatment. Based on the analysis with probit method, LC50 value of seed extract berenuk to shrimp larvae Artemia salina Leach is equal to 82,30 μg/ml. 摘要本研究旨在了解月牙种子提取物中次生代谢物的谱图。并采用BSLT法对盐渍虾幼虫进行细胞毒试验。植物化学试验表明,该提取物含有萜类、生物碱、酚类、次生代谢物等化合物。定性分析结果为TLC阳性,含有酚类物质。用紫外可见分光光度法测定白莲子提取物中α max的含量有3个峰,其中α max为326 nm、258 nm、222 nm,分别为萜类化合物、生物碱和酚类化合物。将盐浸虾幼虫毒性试验结果分为4组:1个对照组和3个浓度系列组。试验液浓度分别为1000、100和10 μg / ml,处理24 h后观察对虾幼虫的死亡率。经probit法分析,种子提取物berenuk对盐浸虾幼虫的LC50值为82,30 μg/ml。由此可见,白莲子提取物对虾幼虫有毒性作用,主要表现在白莲子提取物的萜类、生物碱和酚类物质含量上。关键词:次生代谢物;细胞毒性;BSLT。
