Abstract

AIRIX Flash X-ray Radiographic facility is based on a 4 MeV-3,5 kA pulsed electron injector and a 16 MeV induction accelerator. The accelerator will consist of 64 induction cells powered by 32 H.V. generators operated at 250 kV. The final 20 MeV electron beam will be focused on a target designed for X-ray conversion.
