Study on Development of Water Resources in Tianjin Based on the Notion of Ecological Civilization

Abstract

Water resource is a key element of maintaining human existence, economic development and social progress. Against the background of ecological civilization, water resource is an indispensable basic strategic for urban development. As a city short of water, urban development and construction of Tianjin will be directly affected by whether they have rational development and utilization of water resources. As a result of it, relevant measures must be taken to address the critical issue of water resources to ensure sustainable use of water resources in Tianjin.
