The calculation of technical and economic expediency of the technical re-equipping of a coal-dust power facility with moving to the scheme of a combined-cycle plant and with the implementation of the coal gasification in a fluidized bed under pressure is performed. The way of using additional exit-gas heat behind the recovery boiler system water heating and a chemically treated water of district heating makeup heating is offered.
