Abstract

The transformation of the current electric power system towards a new model, in which new renewable energy serves as the main component, will vastly reduce China ’s dependence on foreign oil and gas while also improving China’s capacity to ensure energy security. This paper analyzes the new electric power system and proposes five critical aspects, including green and low-carbon energy, safe and efficient operation, value evaluation, advanced technology application, and industrial ecosystem, which are vital to the overall formation of the system. 新型电力系统有效建设评估方法研究
当前电力系统向以新可再生能源为主要组成部分的新模式转变,将大大减少中国对外国石油和天然气的依赖,同时也将提高中国确保能源安全的能力。本文对新型电力系统进行了分析,提出了绿色低碳能源、安全高效运行、价值评估、先进技术应用、产业生态系统五个关键方面,这五个方面对系统的整体形成至关重要。在此基础上,从技术进步和多维价值主张出发,构建了电力新系统评价指标体系,为省级电力新系统发展评价提供了方法支持。
