Combining with the teaching practice, the author analyzed the problem resulted from the management mode and discussed it in detail from the students' ideological work orientation, ideological developing level, knowledge and cognitive ability improved synchronically, to illustrate the aspects of this regulating method unsuitable for connotative construction for higher education. Abstract

Chinese monitorial System has played a certain positive role in the process of higher education increasingly popular. This paper made some investigation on its origin, its existence category, the role played in practical work. Combining with the teaching practice, the author analyzed the problem resulted from the management mode and discussed it in detail from the students' ideological work orientation, ideological developing level, knowledge and cognitive ability improved synchronically, to illustrate the aspects of this regulating method unsuitable for connotative construction for higher education. Reasonable suggestions and measures to improve this management mode were put forward to adapt to the rapid development of education technology in modern society.

中国监控系统在高等教育日益普及的过程中发挥了一定的积极作用。本文对其起源、存在范畴、在实际工作中的作用进行了探讨。结合教学实践,分析了这种管理模式带来的问题,并从学生思想工作取向、思想发展水平、知识和认知能力同步提高等方面进行了详细论述,说明了这种管理方式不适合高等教育内涵建设的方面。为适应现代社会教育技术的快速发展,提出了改进这种管理模式的合理建议和措施。
