This approach of research is quantative reseacrh, with correlational methods. The population in this research were all ninth grades students of MTs Negeri 1 Pandeglang. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling, with 3 classes form ninth grade as a sample that is class from IX A, IX C, IX E. The data collection technique of this research are form of questionnaires and test. Data analysis technique were descriptive statistics and inferensial statistics. The result of testing that hypothesis in this research showed up a significant relationship between students’learning burnout rate and mathematics problem solving abilities in times of COVID- 19 pandemic with r hitung = 0,53 > r tabel 0,17 , the siginificance of α is 0,05, n = 90, and then H 0 was rejected.
