The finite element analysis software is used to construct three common damages in CFRP laminates, and multiple evaluation indicators are used to evaluate the use effect of the four excitation methods from the perspective of measurement data and image reconstruction effect. Abstract

With the wide application of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) in aerospace, transportation and other fields, it is of great significance to inspect its structural integrity. CFRP复合材料的频差EIT激励策略研究
随着碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)在航空航天、交通运输等领域的广泛应用,对其结构完整性进行检测具有重要意义。针对航空装备中使用的碳纤维复合材料,提出了一种频差电阻抗层析成像(fdEIT)检测方法。该方法可以实现无先验信息的碳纤维复合材料结构损伤检测。结合前人的研究,本文采用电极均匀排列在CFRP层压板周围的结构,并在此基础上对四种励磁测量策略进行了分析和比较。利用有限元分析软件构建CFRP层合板的三种常见损伤,并从测量数据和图像重建效果两方面,采用多重评价指标对四种激励方法的使用效果进行评价。结果表明,一个电极间隔的电极激励方式对典型冲击损伤和分层损伤的检测效果较好,总体性能较好,为下一步的研究提供了参考。
