Materials and Methods: There were two sampling groups used for this statistical study. Twenty samples were taken from each of two groups. The first group consisted of a square and circular slot antenna on a unique leather substrate, whereas the second group consisted of a similar antenna on a cotton substrate. Twenty individuals were used for the study of the wearable antenna with the enhanced reflection coefficient (Group 1 = 10 and Group 2 = 10), and the numbers were calculated using G-power 0.8, alpha qualities of 0.05 and beta qualities of 0.2, and a 95% confidence interval. Results: In comparison to the −17.51dB reflection coefficient of the cotton substrate antenna, the leather antenna has a reflection value of −25.75dB. The study is statistically significant.
