In order to meet the needs of users to replace the power meter without power failure, this paper proposes an idea of developing an auxiliary device for replacing the power meter without power failure. By understanding the auxiliary device technology for replacing the electric energy meter without power failure, the composition and components of the device were designed, and the auxiliary device for replacing the electric energy meter without power failure was successfully developed.
